Nova Write 社の Saturn-8 は、最先端の “パルス オンデマンド” シングルモード ハイパワーファイバレーザです。出力パワーは 最高 40 W です。デュアルシーダシステムを採用することで、TTL シグナルにより DC to 250 MHz（データレート）範囲を直接変調でき、AOM や EOM が不要です。
TTL シグナルでレーザを直接変調できるので、スポットサイズについての光学的制約を受けず、イメージングなどのようにハイパワーで小さなスポットサイズを必要とするようなアプリケーションに便利です。また高いコントラスト比も得られます。
波長は 1064 nm または 1080 nm で、材料プロセス、彫版、印刷など幅広く応用できます。半導体プロセスなど、高い出力パワーと高速変調が必要なアプリケーションにも最適です。

標準品は、1.8 mm ビーム径コリメータ出力付き LMA シングルモードファイバ（10/125 μm）です。より大きなビーム径が必要な場合には、2x, 3x, 4x のビームエキスパンダをご提供可能です。
