HighFinesse 社の Lynceus-320 は、高い感度を広いダイナミックレンジをもつ、軽量＆高速応答の InGaAs CCD カメラです。InGaAs 焦点面アレイの分解能は 320 x 256 pixels で、フルフレームレートは 192 fps です。USB 2.0 インタフェース付きで、PC 接続はもちろん USB からの電源で動作できます。
主なアプリケーションには、水及び水蒸気の検出、赤外レーザビームのビーム形状観測、近赤外スペクトルやレーザの分析、シリコンウェハの試験、ガラスごしの観察、> 400 ℃ の物体の観測、近赤外光反射の様子に基づく物質の分類が挙げられます。
