HC Photonics 社の GLM シリーズは 532 nm 出力の小型レーザモジュールです。
GLM-1221
シリーズはコリメーション無し、GLM-1236 シリーズはコリメーション付きのモデルです。いずれも ACC 駆動タイプと、PD モニタにより LD 出力を一定に保つ APC 駆動タイプをご用意しております。GLM-2060 シリーズはヒートシンク付です。
